sea bass with chickpea stew!
One of my all time favourites....
Grilled red peppers(from the jar) and chickpea stew with sea bass fillet!
To make chickpea and peppers stew
Dice onions, 3 whole peppers from jar, 3 cloves of garlic, and 2 tinned drained chickpeas.
Sweat all vegetables in olive oil, add tea spoon of tomato paste, add chickpea and cover with water.
Season it with salt, black pepper and squeeze of 1/4 lemon.
Place sea bass on top of chickpeas, brush a little oil on top of skin and season with salt and pepper. Cover pan with lid and let it cook for 8min.
And dish is ready.
